We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, it was immaculate throughout. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering us extra pillows and bottles of water. The hotel facilities were great, with unlimited tea and coffee available in the lobby and in our room. The location was ideal, just a short walk from Earl's Court underground station, making it easy for us to explore the rest of this city.
